- 1/4 cup moon seeds (chia seeds)
- 4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup almond and walnut flour
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- A pinch of saffron strands
- Chopped almonds and walnuts for garnish
Rinse the moon seeds (chia seeds) under cold water and set them aside to drain.
