You know that India has great recipes for a pregnant & lactating women to comfort her. We have done lots of homework on these recipes and got a wonderful recipe named Panjiri from Gujarat with sprouted wheat, almonds, cashews and more along with "Gondh".

* We stone grouned wheat flour to craft this.

* All ingredients are iron pot roasted & prepared only on order.

* Though Panjiri is good for Pregnant & lactating women, it is also a great recipe for kids, men & women to boost up calcium & iron.

Wheat, Jaggery, Gond, Cashew nuts, Almonds, Melon seeds, Green cardamom, Carrom seeds, Cumin, Ginger, Apricot, Pistachios, Kamar Kass

Directions

Mix well 1 tbsp of Panjiri in a glass of hot milk. Pregnant women should take 2 times in a day & women above 45 years age should have it once in a day.

To make laddoos just add hot ghee and roll into laddoo. You can store these for about a week.
