Ingredients

200g Ragi Bhog

100g Whole wheat atta

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground pepper

100-120g lukewarm water

 Toppings:

-chopped onions

-chopped tomatoes

-sour cream

- Jalapenos

- Salsa sauce

- chopped Coriander

-Squeeze of lemon

 Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Take a bowl and add Ragi Bhog, whole wheat atta, salt, pepper and lukewarm water.
  3. Mix it till it is and forms a ball- should taking 4-7 minutes.
  4. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. On a counter sprinkle some whole wheat atta and roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a thin square. The square should be 1-2mm thick.
  6. Take a knife and cut the rectangle into strip and the strips into triangles.
  7. Place the triangles onto a parchment paper on a tray. Take little oil and brush it on top of the nachos.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes till crisp. Cool and store into a air tight box.

 Assemble the bowl:

  1. Pour the nachos on a plate, add in all the toppings and eat till your hearts content :)
