Nutreat Shipping Policy:

Welcome to Nutreat's Shipping Policy. By placing an order through our website (https://www.nutreatlife.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shipping experience:

1. General:

a. We make every effort to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but occasionally there may be discrepancies. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to discuss whether you prefer to wait for restocking or receive a refund for the backordered item.

2. Shipping Costs:

a. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.

b. The shipping cost will be collected at the time of purchase, and this price will be the final amount for shipping.

3. Returns:

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind:

a. We accept returns due to a change of mind if you request to return the item within 3 days of receiving it.

b. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

c. The customer is responsible for return shipping and arranging their own shipping.

d. Accepted returns will be processed as store credit for a future purchase, and the customer will be notified via email.

e. Please note that shipping fees paid during the initial purchase will not be refunded.

3.2 Warranty Returns:

a. We honor valid warranty claims if they are submitted within 90 days of receiving the items.

b. Customers are required to pre-pay the return shipping for warranty claims, but we will reimburse the cost upon successful claim verification.

c. Once we receive the items for a warranty claim, we will process the claim within 7 days.

d. If a warranty claim is confirmed, customers have the option of a refund to their payment method, store credit, or a replacement item (subject to stock availability).

4. Delivery Terms:
4.1 Transit Time Domestically:
a. Domestic shipments generally take 2 – 7 days to reach their destination.

4.2 Transit Time Internationally:

a. International orders are typically in transit for 4 – 22 days, depending on the selected courier. More specific estimates are available during checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time:

a. Orders are usually dispatched within 8-10 business days after payment.

b. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed or operate with minimal staff to minimize shipment delays.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address:

a. You can request a change of delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping:

a. We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only, as we do not offer courier services to these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping:

a. We ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services are not available for this option.

4.7 Items Out Of Stock:

a. If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded:

a. If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted estimate, please contact us so we can investigate and address the issue promptly.

5. Tracking Notifications:

a. Customers will receive a tracking link upon dispatch, allowing them to track the shipment's progress based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit:

a. If you notice that a parcel is damaged during transit, please try to reject the parcel from the courier if possible and immediately contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered in your absence, please get in touch with customer service to discuss the next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes:
7.1 Sales Tax:
a. Sales tax is included in the price of the goods displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes:

a. For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be applicable upon arrival in the destination country. We recommend customers be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

b. If duties and taxes are refused to be paid upon arrival in the destination country, the goods will be returned to Nutreat at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid minus the return shipping cost. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

8. Cancellations:

a. You can cancel your order in 24hrs after placing the order.  Once the order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy for further instructions.

9. Insurance:

a. Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for Parcel Damaged In-Transit:

a. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation into the claim.

9.2 Process for Parcel Lost In-Transit:

a. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier conducts an investigation and confirms the parcel's loss.
